We have been creating chocolate gifts and cake creations in the beautiful village of Warkworth since 2008.
What does CABOSSE mean?
CABOSSE is the fruit of the cacao tree. It is a long oval shaped fruit which contains about 50 beans. A cacao tree grows around 20 to 30 fruit, Cabosses. It is found mainly in the tropical zone 20 degrees North and South of the equator.
