CABOSSE was established in 2008 in the historic and beautiful village of Warkworth on the Northumberland Coastal Route by Chocolatière-Pâtissière Louise Frederique. She named her new business after the extraordinary fruit of the cacao tree.

This talented young chef studied at universities in England and Sweden, before being employed by her food heroes Rick Stein and Bettys and then completing her training as a patisserie at L'Ecole Cordon Bleu in Paris and working with various master artisanal chocolatiers in France.
